At Red Land Cotton, we take pride in the quality of our farm-to-home linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

  Pack Your Linens

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Alabama facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
